Your projects

Network infrastructure and servers are in place.  Your staff will soon receive their new Mac laptop.  These “new” users will probably need varied workshops and training activities, and some immediate personalized support right at the start of the project to alleviate small issues that will absolutely happen in the beginning.  Huge and tiny irritants alike will hamper enthousiasm.

Right person, right time, right place.

For almost 30 years now, I’ve deployed my passion and energy demystifying Apple systems (macOS/Mac computers, and iOS/mobiles) to all levels of users and to technical support staff.  I do excel in helping groups in need of immediate help, getting new knowledge in and mastering this strange new Apple system.  I make sure my “student” understands the system’s workings and features, that what I explained is clear AND that if this was useful that he/she must tell THREE other colleagues.  I insist on promoting and developing a sense of autonomy and collective success..

Not looking for permanent work, and in a context where you want to kickstart boatloads of staff on macOS, I will do contract work for a period of time that you decide.  References available.

The face of support

Training, wether planned or on the spot, can be delivered as a presentation, short demonstration and hands-on exercises to groups of all sizes.  Personal coaching facilitates problem solving and providing answers to individual questions as they pop up in the workflow (in class, at the office, workshop, home, etc.) if support can be reached on call.  Support can happen in different forms :

  • help in person, on the spot,
  • email exchanges,
  • telephone call, internally or on my mobile,
  • SMS, text messages, FaceTime, Skype, TeamViewer,
  • possible FAQ/Blog setup on your website.
